Job summary

Virtustant is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional for a remote contractor role. You will configure and manage CRM platforms, optimize revenue-related workflows, and ensure accurate data and reporting across systems.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience, hands-on CRM configuration, and strong communication skills. Experience with multiple revenue tools beyond the CRM is required to drive operational improvements and system adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
