Job summary

Eteacher Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales/Revenue/CS Operations professional for a remote contractor role. The ideal candidate will configure and manage CRM platforms, optimize workflows, and ensure data accuracy across multiple revenue tools.

You will build reporting, document processes, and support system adoption to improve efficiency and policy compliance in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
