Binance is seeking a Risk Operations Specialist to review alerts, assess account activity, and decide on verification or blocking actions. You will investigate using multiple resources and communicate outcomes to customers while promoting account security.

You will work with a 7-day schedule, align with US time zones, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment to minimize losses for users and the company.

Formación

• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in high-risk or fraud prevention environments.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify patterns and risks.
• Hands-on experience with KYC/KYB and transaction-related investigations.
• Excellent written communication with clear case documentation.
• Ability to make risk-based decisions under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of AML regulations and transaction monitoring best practices.
• Willingness to cover weekend shifts as part of a 7-day schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Review assigned queues to assess legitimacy and determine restrictions or dismissals.
• Contact account holders to verify activity and mitigate potential losses.
• Monitor cases for trends and share insights with management.
• Detect unusual activity and take actions to prevent fraudulent transactions.
