Anuvu is seeking a Remote Revenue Accountant for Argentina to manage content revenue accounting, reporting, and month/quarter/year-end close processes. You will collaborate with Accounting and Finance to ensure financial statements align with US GAAP and provide accounting support where needed.

The role involves intercompany invoicing, royalty accruals, and cross-team coordination with Legal, Sales, Treasury and Tax. English proficiency and a bachelor's degree are required; CPA preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
• English proficiency required.
• CPA preferred, MBA is a plus.
• 2–3 years of general accounting experience, public accounting desirable.
• Revenue Recognition ASC 606 experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge with royalty accounting concepts.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual agreements for accounting.
• SOX compliance experience preferred.
• Experience in Media, Broadband, Telecommunications or Software industries preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics SL/GP, SAP, PeopleSoft.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review purchase orders and cost reports for license fees and prepare appropriate cost accruals.
• Prepare deferred revenues and accrued revenue schedules and journals.
• Prepare monthly intercompany invoices and journals.
• Calculate royalty accruals arising from content delivery.
• Ensure accounting and reporting comply with US GAAP and company policy.
• Calculate quarterly revenue adjustments under ASC 605 & ASC 606.
• Perform client-by-client revenue analysis and balance sheet reconciliations for deferred revenue.
• Prepare reports and summaries for Senior Management.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to support audits (SOX).
• Develop relationships with auditors, management, legal, sales, treasury, and tax teams.
• Assist with process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Assist with special projects and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
