Job summary

Codekeeper is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional to optimize CRM workflows and revenue operations across SaaS environments. The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

You will configure CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and manage revenue tools (quoting, billing, ticketing, PM systems), build scalable workflows, and ensure clean data across connected tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
