Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in Canada, the US, UK, EU, Switzerland, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Demonstrated ability in sourcing, interviewing, or full-cycle recruiting.
• CEFR C1 English or better.
• Strong initiative, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct recorded candidate video calls in a professional setup.

Responsibilities

• Source, approach, and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates using structured assessments.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to hiring.
