Moritz is seeking a senior real estate lawyer to join its co-counsel network for Argentina matters. You will lead drafting, review, and negotiation of leases, sale and purchase agreements, and related property documents for startups to enterprise clients.

You will run title reviews and due diligence on real estate components of M&A and financing deals, advise on financing, security, planning and zoning, and landlord-tenant issues.

Formación

• 5+ years practising commercial real estate law in private practice or in-house.
• Leasing depth across office, retail, industrial and flexible-space leases.
• Transactional experience in sale and purchase agreements, title review and due diligence.
• Financing familiarity with mortgages, security packages and real estate workstreams of corporate deals.
• Active license and in good standing with the bar / law society of Argentina.

The Role

• Serve as co-counsel for Moritz's real estate work in Argentina: commercial leases, sale and purchase agreements, real estate aspects of corporate transactions, and development and construction agreements.
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of leases and property transaction documents for clients ranging from startups taking their first office to enterprises managing property portfolios.
• Run title review and property due diligence, including for real estate elements of M&A and financing transactions.
• Advise on real estate financing and security, planning and zoning questions, and landlord-tenant matters.
• If you accept work with a known SLA (ex: 24hr turnaround), you must commit to meeting that SLA.

Am I employed by Moritz when I join the network?

No. Moritz does not employ the lawyers in its co-counsel network. Moritz is a law firm and engages clients directly; co-counsel are engaged by Moritz on an independent contractor basis to support those client matters under Moritz's supervision and quality standards. Moritz handles client intake, billing, conflicts checks, and matter management, so you can focus on the legal work.
