Job summary

Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing across our fintech platforms. You will build and maintain regression and exploratory tests, integrate them into CI/CD, and work with developers to improve testability.

This remote role offers opportunities to influence AI-powered QA workflows and ensure high-quality releases. You will collaborate with product teams and global engineers to design robust test strategies, execute diverse testing types, and continuously

Qualifications

4+ years in QA automation.
Hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
Proficiency with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO for mobile.
Experience testing Electron and React Native apps.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain desktop/mobile test automation for critical user flows.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
Collaborate with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
