Job summary

MarketFully seeks a QA Analyst to ensure multilingual websites meet quality standards before launch and during maintenance. You will plan testing scopes, execute manual tests, log defects in Salesforce, and collaborate with internal teams to improve website quality.

You will also help build automated tests using our in-house TCrawl tools. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in QA, a solid grasp of web tech, and comfort navigating HTML/CSS/JS elements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA or web testing experience with strong manual testing.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, HTTP and how sites are built.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript and CSS; no coding required.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan testing for projects from SOW, identifying risks and priorities.
• Design and run manual functional, regression and UAT tests on multilingual sites.
• Log and track defects in Salesforce, verify fixes before release.
• Perform ongoing manual QA on client websites post-delivery.
• Support automation tests using TCrawl and internal tools.
• Join client calls and advise usability improvements.
• Assist QA Automation Analysts with testing requests.
