Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with focus on test automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API testing, SQL, and test data management.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based version control.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
• Create and execute automated tests for web, mobile, and APIs.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and QA Engineers to define test strategies and automation coverage.
• Perform code reviews and promote best practices for test automation and quality.
• Analyze automated test results and perform root-cause analysis to drive defects to resolution.
• Continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, stability, and reliability.
• Mentor and support junior QA Engineers in automation tools and frameworks.
