Ryz Labs in Buenos Aires seeks an organized Project Manager/Coordinator to drive fast-moving campaigns and align cross-functional teams across CRM, QA, and Care.

You will own Monday.com boards, schedules, and backlogs, lead standups, track dependencies, and capture clear actions with follow-through until completion.

Fluent English and Spanish are required to coordinate across teams, with a proactive mindset to unblock issues before deadlines and ensure timely delivery.

• 3–5 years of PM/Project Coordinator experience managing multi-stakeholder workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Execution & Clear Roadblocks: engage team members early and push blockers out of the way.
• Own the Trackers: keep Monday.com boards, schedules, and backlogs updated in real time.
• Facilitate Syncs & Action Items: lead standups and check-ins; capture and close action items.
• QA & Care Bridge: ensure campaign assets move through QA on schedule and keep Customer Care aligned.

Must-Haves & Core Qualifications

• Proactive "Unblocker" Mindset: Willing and able to jump into the details, follow up relentlessly, and hunt down what is needed across teams so peers hit their deadlines. Zero hesitation/not shy about speaking up, escalating, and driving accountability
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent and fully proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) for daily coordination and documentation
• PM Experience:3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator managing fast-moving, multi-stakeholder workstreams
• Tool Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Monday.com (core tracking tool), Slack, and collaborative docs (Google Workspace / Confluence)
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Proven track record running standups, tracking dependencies, and aligning internal channel leads (CRM managers, QA, Care) with external agencies
• CRM / Digital Marketing Literacy: Familiarity with basic CRM channels and assets (Email, Push, WhatsApp, In-App Messages) to understand timelines and deliverables
