Job summary

Adecco Argentina S.A. is seeking a Product Control Analyst to help ensure the integrity of daily financial results. You will support trading desks and Finance partners with accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting, contributing to month-end close with strong controls.

You will work with stakeholders across Finance and business management, explain drivers of results, identify control gaps, and drive improvements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and ownership.

Qualifications

2+ years in product/financial control or a similar finance role.
Experience producing and explaining P&L and supporting month-end close.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily P&L and balance sheet reporting for assigned products and desks.
Produce and analyze daily, monthly, and annual P&L results and metrics.
Explain P&L movements with clear commentary to stakeholders.
Support month-end close activities with reconciliations and controls.
Collaborate with trading, business management and Finance teams for accurate reporting.
Identify control gaps and implement enhancements to improve processes.
Handle ad hoc analyses with prioritization.
