Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Great written and verbal communication skills; ability to present financial drivers clearly.
• Experience producing P&L and balance sheet reporting; month-end close knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily P&L and balance sheet reporting for assigned desks and products.
• Produce and analyze daily, monthly, and yearly P&L results with clear commentary.
• Explain P&L movements and support month-end close with robust controls.
• Partner with trading and Finance teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
• Identify control gaps and contribute to process improvements and changes.
