Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in product control, financial control, or similar finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear financial storytelling.
• Proficiency in building and reviewing structured Excel analyses.

Aufgaben

• Prepare daily P&L and balance sheet reporting for assigned products/desks.
• Produce, consolidate, and analyze daily/monthly/yearly P&L and metrics.
• Explain P&L movements with variance analysis and commentary.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, substantiation, and controls.
• Partner with trading, business, and Finance teams for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with front/back office to resolve breaks and issues.
• Identify control gaps and implement enhancements to improve processes.
• Provide analytical support for new initiatives and changes.
• Handle ad hoc requests with prioritization and accuracy.
