Kids Us is seeking a Product Control Analyst to join our Finance team in Buenos Aires. You will support trading desks and Finance partners by delivering accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting, and you will participate in month-end close activities with strong controls.

The role emphasizes ownership, analytics, and clear communication of financial drivers. You will work closely with trading partners and Finance stakeholders, providing timely insights and contributing to process improvements.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in product control or financial control
• Experience producing and explaining P&L and supporting month-end close processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with structured workbooks and analyses
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and commitment to strong controls

Responsabilidades

• Prepare daily P&L and balance sheet reporting for assigned products and desks
• Produce, consolidate, and analyze daily, monthly, and annual P&L results and related metrics
• Explain P&L movements through variance analysis and clear commentary for stakeholders
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and control checks
• Partner with trading and Finance teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting
• Coordinate with front and back office to resolve breaks and control issues
• Identify control gaps and implement enhancements to strengthen reporting and close
• Provide analytical support for new initiatives and process improvements
• Handle ad-hoc analysis requests with prioritization and accuracy
