FullStack is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to join our network and work with U.S. clients on a remote, project-based basis. You will integrate into client teams and help design, build, and scale data infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience, advanced English, a four-year degree, and a track record of producing reliable distributed systems. You will own architectural decisions and mentor teammates in an Agile environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software or data engineering experience.
• Advanced English is required (excellent oral and written communication).
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience building, maintaining, and scaling large-scale distributed systems and data infrastructures.
• Strong generalist with architectural trade-offs and systems design focus.
• Experience mentoring teammates and driving alignment across initiatives.
• Designing and optimizing complex backend data structures and pipelines (SQL/NoSQL).
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure and production data workflows.
• Ability to communicate system designs clearly and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Commitment to CI/CD and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Agile/Scrum experience and ability to work on large, complex systems.
