Werben HR is seeking a Pre-Sales / Solution Engineer to drive a fast-track Discovery for a multi-company ERP transformation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role focuses on analyzing current systems, documenting processes, and designing future solutions for a clean-start reimplementation across entities.

Lead workshops, map future-state processes, and identify gaps to align with BC functionality.

Formación

• Fluent English required.
• Experience as a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or 365 Business Central.
• Experience in ERP migration or reimplementation projects.
• Ability to run workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Experience in finance, supply chain, and warehouse process analysis.
• Understanding of ERP integrations (APIs, EDI, WMS).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Discovery activities across multiple business units and ERP systems.
• Analyze existing ERP environments and document current-state systems.
• Run and facilitate business process workshops with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and IT.
• Define future-state processes aligned with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Identify gaps between current systems and standard BC functionality.
• Use Company 1’s BC setup as a reference template for replication.
• Assess master data scope and opening balance approach for migration.
• Identify integration requirements (warehouses, EDI).
• Produce decision-ready deliverables including Discovery Report, Roadmap, ROM estimate.
