Werben HR seeks a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to drive a strategic ERP transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will analyze existing ERP environments, lead discovery sessions with Finance, Operations, and IT, and define the future-state solution across multiple operating entities.

This fully remote LATAM opportunity involves a Clean Start migration from NAV and Sage to Business Central (Cloud), with master data and opening balances emphasis.

Formación

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience as a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer or similar consultative role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven ERP migration, modernization, or reimplementation experience.
• Ability to lead Discovery workshops and gather requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Warehouse Management processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions; familiarity with APIs, EDI, WMS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Discovery activities across multiple business units and ERP environments.
• Analyze existing Dynamics NAV and Sage implementations, documenting current-state processes and system architecture.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and IT stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
• Design future-state business processes aligned with Dynamics 365 Business Central best practices.
• Identify functional gaps between current ERP environments and standard Business Central capabilities.
• Leverage an existing Business Central implementation as the template for standardization across multiple companies.
• Define the scope for master data migration and opening balance migration.
• Identify integration requirements, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), EDI platforms, and other third-party applications.
