Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights. 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake/SAP HANA expertise are required.

The role involves partnering with stakeholders, designing data models, and delivering scalable analytics in an Agile environment. Flexible flextime with remote/office options.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear business insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA sources).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow from source to Power BI.
Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs across reports.
Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics usage.
Document data definitions and reporting logic.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
