AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, and create dashboards and reports that drive decisions across the organization. The role requires strong SQL, DAX, and data governance knowledge, with a focus on scalable analytics and collaboration in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for clear business insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
