Outlier is offering a remote, LatAm-focused QA coder program where engineers review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and draft clear CS prompts to advance AI coding capabilities. As a 1099 contract role, you can work from anywhere in Latin America, including Argentina, and earn up to 34 USD/hr with additional incentive opportunities based on project performance.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation to help improve model output.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science questions to challenge AI models and push coding ability.
