Outlier is offering a remote QA coder program for LatAm software engineers. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and write prompts to push code generation quality. This freelance 1099 opportunity is open to many Latin American countries with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree, production-code experience, and strong English communication. Compensation includes up to $34/hr plus incentive components and ongoing access to leading AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase in a tech environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English for clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across dimensions like accuracy and instruction following.
• Write clear, structured prompts to challenge AI models and improve coding ability.
