Outlier is building a remote program for LatAm's best software engineers. As a QA Coder you will review AI-generated code, rate model responses across key dimensions, and craft clear CS prompts to advance AI capabilities. This is a freelance, 1099 contract across Latin America.

Core pay goes up to $34 USD/hr, with added incentives from Missions. A Bachelor's in Computer Science and production-code experience are required, along with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate model responses across key dimensions (accuracy, instruction following, presentation).
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and advance coding capabilities.
