The Global Talent Co. is seeking a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer to join our in-house team in a remote-first role focused on Google Ads (Paid Search) and broader paid media.

You will plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end campaigns, own keyword and bidding strategies, test new platforms like Reddit and TikTok, and partner with Creative to improve ad creatives while driving CPL, CPA, and ROAS improvements.

Formación

• 3–6 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Experience across Meta and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent, bidding strategies, match types, and conversion optimization.
• Proven success improving campaign performance while reducing acquisition costs.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Comfortable managing budgets across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with emerging platforms such as Reddit Ads, X Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Highly autonomous, organized, and remote-friendly.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns while supporting Meta and LinkedIn ads.
• Own keyword strategy, bidding strategies, and search intent optimization.
• Test and experiment with Reddit, X (Twitter), and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Own the complete lifecycle of paid campaigns: targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, reporting and improvements.
• Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to improve ad creatives.
• Monitor and optimize performance using KPIs like CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on platform updates, trends and best practices.
• Continuously A/B test headlines, creatives, landing pages, audiences and CTAs.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and share insights with leadership.
