Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth Firm, is hiring a Paid Advertising Specialist. You will support and own end-to-end paid advertising for a core client portfolio, working across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven optimization, reporting, and proactive growth opportunities. We offer a fully flexible work setup—remote, in-office, or hybrid—with a base USD salary plus commission.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years of direct response marketing in e-commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; other platforms a plus.

• Maintain flawless execution across paid campaigns (Meta/Google/TikTok) with precise setup and QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance with minimal oversight.
• Execute end-to-end campaigns, including ad builds, optimizations, reporting, and testing.
