Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead testing and direction for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels. You’ll translate insights into data-backed creative hypotheses and provide clear briefs to creators, editors, and designers.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of paid social creative experience (ideally in eCommerce).
• Proven ability to drive measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, including UGC-style ads for platforms like TikTok and Meta.
• Solid understanding of paid social creative fundamentals: copy, hooks, framing, pacing, structure, and storytelling.

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
