Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Creative Strategist to turn insights into ad concepts that convert. You’ll lead creative testing and direction across multiple eCommerce accounts, helping brands scale through sharp strategy, structured experimentation, and content that performs as good as it looks.

This is a fully remote, full-time role for candidates located in the U.S. or Canada, ideal for someone blending creative instincts with performance thinking.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience developing or directing paid social creative (ideally eCommerce).
• Proven track record of creative that drives measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style for TikTok/Meta.
• Solid copy, hooks, framing, pacing, structure, and storytelling.
• Able to work with UGC creators, editors, and designers and provide clear feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across social platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses and plan structured tests.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors, and designers.
• Review metrics to identify winning angles and next-round opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect insights to KPIs and reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar with weekly output and fast-paced production.
