Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3-5 ecommerce brands across Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan tests, and iterate quickly to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors and designers—from hook to CTA.
• Review ad performance and creative metrics.
