Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Ads) for a fully remote, full-time role serving US/Canada-based eCommerce clients. You will blend creative instincts with performance thinking to develop, test, and scale winning ads across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.

You will lead 3–5 brands, write actionable briefs, and translate performance data into concrete creative steps. Strong portfolio and 1–3 years of paid social experience are essential.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience developing, optimizing, or directing paid social creative (eCommerce preferred).
• Proven track record of creative that drives measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads for TikTok/Meta.
• Solid grasp of copy, hooks, framing, pacing, structure, and storytelling in ads.

Mansioni

• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan structured tests, and iterate to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors, and designers—from hook to CTA.
• Review ad performance and creative metrics to identify winning angles and opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to tie creative insights to campaign KPIs and client reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar while delivering consistent weekly output.
• Keep production moving fast without sacrificing clarity or quality.
