Job summary

TGG Accounting is seeking an Operations Assistant to join the Operations team on an independent contractor basis. You will own multi-stream tasks, maintain trackers, audit invoices, manage licenses, and support IT follow-ups from a remote setup.

The role emphasizes initiative, ownership, and continuous workflow improvements. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in admin/ops, a business background, strong Excel/Sheets/M365 skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Administration, Business Operations, Accounting, HR or similar roles
• Degree or studies in Business Administration, Accounting, HR or related field
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
• Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets and Microsoft 365
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) in day-to-day work
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organization, prioritization and follow-through
• Autonomy, initiative and a real sense of ownership
• Energy and motivation to grow professionally

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing logistics and keep team trackers accurate and up to date
• Audit information and invoices, including vendor reviews
• Administer platforms, user access and software licenses
• Support IT follow-ups and coordinate with internal teams and providers
• Run QA checks on data and processes
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations team
• Propose and lead improvements to existing workflows
