BYD Argentina is seeking an Operation Analyst to collect data on orders, inventory and dealer activities, and to drive improvements in daily workflows. You will build reports, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Procurement and After-Sales to align data with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in operation analysis or management, a Bachelor’s in Business Analytics or related field, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related fields.
• 3–5 years of operation analyst or operation management experience.
• Experience in automotive industry or related is a plus.
• Sales background and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• CRM system report and daily report updates.
• Daily operation data collection such as inventory, order, retail order, dealer inventory, leads.
• Monitor dealer order and purchase order(vehicle) status, dealer order fill rate, inventory turnover rate, quota, or other index that leadership required.
• Set up data analysis report, provide operation suggestions based on the analysis.
• Set up or improve SOP to increase efficiency.
