Pfizer is seeking a Marketing Channel Delivery Manager to lead marketing channel and samples services for International Markets in Latin America, spanning Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Central America & Caribbean.

You will partner with local brand and marketing teams, BOPs, Digital and Commercial Excellence to develop digital and samples strategies for HCPs and patients, ensuring compliance with global standards and budget adherence.

Competenze

3+ years of experience in digital or omnichannel marketing, marketing operations or commercial operations.
Fluent English and Spanish required; ability to work across Americas time zones.
BA required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare sector is a strong advantage.

Develop relationships with local brand, marketing and customer-facing teams to understand market priorities.
Create per-market plans defining where services add value and how success will be measured.
Translate global standards into actionable plans and drive adoption and compliance.
Collaborate with delivery teams to define requirements, monitor quality and resolve escalations.
Advise on omnichannel campaigns, portals and customer journeys to maximize value.
Lead training for marketing and customer-facing colleagues on channels and platforms.
Use dashboards and KPIs to evaluate performance and demonstrate value.
