U.S. DTC Performance Marketing Agency seeks a Creative Strategist to translate insights into ad concepts that convert. You’ll drive testing and direction across multiple ecommerce accounts, scaling winning ads on Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.

You’ll collaborate with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to develop, test, and scale winning campaigns, keeping a high creative bar and delivering weekly output.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of paid social creative experience (eCommerce preferred).
• Proven ability to drive measurable results (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads for TikTok/Meta.
• Solid copy, hooks, framing, pacing, structure and storytelling skills.
• Comfort working with UGC creators, editors, designers; provide clear feedback.
• Analytical mindset to turn performance data into creative steps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsabilités

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses; plan tests and iterate to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors, designers; guide from hook to CTA.
• Review performance and identify winning angles and next opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to tie creative insights to KPIs and reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar with weekly output and fast production pace.
