Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of QA, marketing ops, or campaign review.
• Familiar with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye for data, copy, and config discrepancies.
• Understanding of segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression.
• Methodical, process-driven and checklist-based.
• Clear communicator for defect and escalation risks.

Aufgaben

• Review and validate outbound campaigns before deployment, including content and personalization.
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation and suppression against specs.
• Confirm data integrity and correct rendering of merge tags and fields.
• Check links, UTM tags, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform settings: send, throttling, scheduling, and from address.
• Ensure campaigns meet brand, legal, and messaging standards.
• Log defects in QA system and communicate findings to Development.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment; no deployment without QA.
• Review post-launch issues and feed into QA improvements.
