Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in QA, marketing operations, or campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye — able to catch discrepancies in data, copy, and configuration that others miss.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented approach; comfortable working from checklists and documented standards.
• Clear communicator — able to describe defects precisely and escalat[e] risks without ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Review outbound campaigns before deployment — including content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation, and suppression lists against campaign specifications.
• Confirm data integrity: validate merge tags, personalization fields, and offer content for correct audiences.
• Check all links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration — send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address against specs.
• Assess campaigns against brand standards, legal/compliance requirements, and messaging strategy.
• Log and track defects in the team’s QA system; communicate findings clearly to Development.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment — campaigns do not deploy without QA clearance.
• Review post-launch quality issues and feed findings back into QA frameworks.
• Maintain and improve QA documentation, checklists, and testing standards over time.
