RUVIXX is seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant for a fully remote role across LATAM. The position starts as a 3-month contractor trial with a potential path to a longer engagement, paying $800 USD per month during the trial and up to $1,200 USD per month afterward.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in marketing operations, hands-on CRM experience (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo), plus strong Excel skills and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations.
• CRM administration (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Execute campaign setups in Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics 365, managing list uploads, segmentation, and tracking links.
• Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and pipeline tracking for regional reporting.
• Maintain execution spreadsheets, operational dashboards, and budget logs daily and weekly.
• Manage project boards in ClickUp, test new workflows, and document SOPs.
