Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing teams as a VA/coordinator.
• Fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar).
• Strong Canva design skills and basic layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing tasks, timelines, and approvals across the team.
• Prepare design-ready assets using templates.
• Maintain brand files, creative libraries, and campaign folders.
• Support Google account provisioning and access setup for new employees.
• Assist with social media and email marketing support (posting, scheduling, formatting).
• Track deliverables and update status reports for ongoing campaigns.
• Provide general admin support (meeting notes, simple research, follow-ups).
