You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that help teams make smarter decisions and improve campaign performance. You’ll work closely with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, improve reporting systems, and support strategic

• 5+ years in analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
