Sagan World Llc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners.

This remote role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable guidance that improves campaign results. You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to build dashboards, identify trends, monitor performance, and support growth with data-driven storytelling.

Formación

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
