Job summary

Silver is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners. The role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to inform smarter decisions and boost campaign results.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven strategic marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
