Speechify is seeking a strong QA Engineer for the SIMBA Voice Agents team. The role focuses on manual QA for web applications, ensuring functional coverage, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality features.

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing for web apps.
• Fundamentals of test planning, test case design, regression and exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; clear defect communication.
• Excellent written communication; documenting defects and tests clearly.
• Familiarity with bug tracking/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).
• Experience using browser developer tools to aid debugging and reproduction.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute manual test plans and test cases with strong coverage across core flows and edge cases.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices for new features and releases.
• Collaborate with engineers/product teams to reproduce, isolate, and document defects with steps and evidence.
• Maintain QA documentation including test cases, regression suites, and release validation summaries.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to triage issues by user impact.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to embed QA throughout the lifecycle.
• Execute regression testing and release validation before launch.
• Identify ways to improve manual QA processes and communication.
