Job summary

Pavago is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of local business clients and help improve their online visibility and performance. You will optimize Google Business Profiles, monitor local SEO, analyze analytics, and translate data into actionable recommendations, while using Claude and ChatGPT to streamline research and content creation.

The role requires proactive, organized work and the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical clients.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or account management.
Experience with local businesses or SMBs.
Hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles.
Experience with Google Business Profile reviews management and local listings accuracy.
Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Ability to interpret marketing data and explain findings to non-technical clients.
Experience using AI tools Claude and ChatGPT.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Independent and proactive work style with strong organizational skills.
Availability to work full-time during U.S. Mountain Time hours.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of local business clients.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for clients.
Monitor rankings, identify opportunities, and implement SEO improvements.
Prepare clear performance reports using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Use Claude and ChatGPT to support content creation and analysis, with human review.
Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with internal teams.
