Jobgether seeks an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager based in Argentina to own email and lifecycle programs for a portfolio of consumer brands. This strategic, hands-on role covers strategy, automation, segmentation, testing, and optimization in a fully remote setup.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience building campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, testing and optimization.
• Strong written and verbal English skills for presenting insights.
• Experience with multi-brand or agency environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own email and lifecycle strategy across multiple consumer brands.
• Translate objectives into lifecycle programs, calendars, KPIs, and actionable recommendations.
• Build and optimize campaigns and automated flows (welcome, cart/browse abandonment, post-purchase, subscriptions).
• Develop segmentation strategies based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Plan lifecycle programs for promotions, launches, retention, and repeat purchases.
• Write email copy and collaborate on assets and deployment.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, offers, and flows.
• Monitor deliverability, list health, and subscriber growth.
• Analyze revenue attribution, retention, and customer value.
• Produce clear performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
