Félix is seeking a Senior Lifecycle & CRM leader to build and manage the team and own how we engage with users throughout their relationship with Félix. You will shape governance across WhatsApp, email, and push, define messaging rules, drive activation, retention, and cross-sell, and partner with Product, Growth, Data, and regional teams to turn insights into growth.

Formación

• Experience leading Lifecycle, CRM, Retention or Growth.
• Proven track record of incremental growth and experimentation.
• Strong analytics to define audiences and measure impact.
• Experience managing incentives and promotional budgets.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the lifecycle strategy end to end from signup to long-term value.
• Grow LTV and increase frequency, retention, and share of wallet.
• Own incentives strategy and budget management.
• Build rigorous experimentation engine with controls.
• Lead a Lifecycle & CRM team and establish governance across channels.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Data, and Operations.
