Ottomatik.io is seeking a Learning Product Manager to own end-to-end learning portfolio including strategy, course development, LMS operations, and learner enrollment. You will guide the integration of an acquired credentialing business and shape certification pathways.

The role demands strong project management, comfort with AI tools, and meticulous content oversight. You will collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and marketing to drive product roadmaps, quality standards, and revenue opportunities

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Background in product management, strategy, and operations.
• Experience owning projects from strategy through execution.
• Strong experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Hands-on LMS or online learning platform administration.
• Strong written and spoken English with editoral judgment.
• Excellent organizational and multi-stream project management.

Responsabilidades

• Own learning product strategy, roadmap, and course updates.
• Lead integration of acquired credentialing business and certification paths.
• Oversee end-to-end course production, AI-assisted content, and quality checks.
• Coordinate external vendors and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Improve production workflows and leverage AI capabilities.
• Identify new content opportunities and partnerships.
• Administer platform configurations, learner enrollment, and data accuracy.
• Support pricing, launches, and go-to-market with marketing and membership teams.
