IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for a Remote LATAM role. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

This senior role includes mentoring staff and overseeing global monitoring deliverables. Location is remote across LATAM; strong English communication and regulatory knowledge are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and collaborate with project/clinical leads on global studies.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies, including import/export considerations.
• Possess leadership duties including mentoring junior staff and coordinating resources.
• Monitor study and site metrics, perform trend analyses and drive action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and development of RBM tools and templates.
• Support monitoring strategy development and participate in client/study meetings.
