Anyone AI Inc. seeks a data strategy and delivery lead to own data initiatives and proposals for AI labs. You will design frontier-grade sample packages, collaborate with experts, ensure ground truth, and drive pilots to production engagements.

You will manage lab relationships, scoping, SOWs, staffing, and QC to maintain frontier-level outputs. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years delivering data or evaluation work to AI labs, deep benchmarking expertise, and strong vendor leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in technical delivery, quality, or program management in AI/ML data, evaluation, or benchmarking.
• Hands-on experience delivering data/evaluation work to AI labs or enterprise ML teams.
• Deep understanding of frontier model evaluation concepts: benchmarks, rubrics, headroom, discriminative tasks.
• Proven ability to recruit, calibrate, and manage a pool of experts to a quality standard.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a nice to have.

Aufgaben

• Proposals & requests: transform benchmarks into proposals and sample packages; respond to lab data requests and pilots.
• Sample & benchmark development: design sample packages with expert input and strict ground-truth checks.
• Subject-matter experts: recruit, brief, calibrate, and review experts across coding, tool-use, and STEM/reasoning.
• Lab relationships: be a direct point of contact for lab partners with senior stakeholders.
• Pilot delivery: own pilots end-to-end from scoping to production and delivery, ensuring lab-readiness.
