Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. You will oversee the centralized monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads, and drive delivery of study objectives per contract while ensuring quality, speed and cost targets.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), 2+ years in a lead capacity, and strong English communication. You will mentor staff and ensure GCP compliance across global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication and ability to manage multiple global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed; manage IP and regulatory considerations.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, CMAs).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools.
• Attend study team or client meetings; mentor junior staff.
