IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. You will oversee global clinical deliverables, mentor staff, and drive analytics-driven monitoring strategies in line with IQVIA SOPs and ICH GCP guidelines.

The role requires +3 years in clinical monitoring, +2 years in a lead capacity, and strong English communication. This is a fully remote, international opportunity with cross-country collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP and local laws).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as unblinded Clinical Lead; manage IP, risk, and mitigations.
• Potentially serve as Clinical Lead on unassigned studies or at project close.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs).
• Monitor study metrics, trend analyses, and action planning for compliance.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and RBM tools; support monitoring strategy development.
