Job summary

Prometeo Talent partners with an international digital services company to recruit an Affiliate Manager for LATAM markets. The role focuses on building, managing, and scaling affiliate partnerships, ensuring high-quality traffic and sustainable growth.

You will negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Affiliate Management, preferably iGaming or sports betting.
• Solid LATAM market experience and network of active affiliates.
• Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new LATAM affiliate partners.
• Manage long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
• Monitor performance metrics: FTDs, NGR, retention, traffic quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Analytics to optimize campaigns.
